Latino Vic­tory Fund, a po­lit­i­cal or­ga­ni­za­tion ded­i­cated to am­pli­fy­ing the po­lit­i­cal power of His­panic vot­ers, has cho­sen Phillips-Sta­ley, who is a first-gen­er­a­tion Sal­vado­ran Amer­i­can.
